Katie Grantz Brandt, Principal
The ninth of twelve children, Katie knows the value of having a space to call your own. Drawn to interior design as a child, where she spent hours decorating her dollhouse with her mother’s fabric samples, Katie’s childhood pastime has since grown into a true love of design.
Katie believes in layering color, pattern, and texture to create timeless spaces. Inspired by her experiences abroad in Florence, Italy, where she studied architecture, the designer crafts harmonious interiors, melding a traditional foundation with clean, contemporary elements.
Before establishing her own firm in 2010, Katie honed her skills at Ralph Lauren Home and Catherine Macfee Design. At Katie Grantz Interior Design, the designer develops memorable spaces that showcase her clients’ own passions.
Katie attended Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising, and earned her BFA in Interior Design from the University of San Francisco.
The designer focuses her work in California and Colorado, constructing stunning designs that honor her clients’ unique lifestyles and leave a lasting impression.
Katie lives in Colorado with her husband and two daughters.
